Hello everyone,
First of all, we would like to apologize for delay in delivery of the games in Europe. We have made a mistake working with this fulfillment company and we will never do this again. The games in the USA and the rest of the World were delivered on time, but the Europe was a problem.
After weeks on not replying to our emails and calls we finally got a reply from fulfillment company and they said that the games have been shipped from the warehouse in Slovenia and that all the games will be sent by the end of this week.
We hope that this will be the case. We understand your frustration, believe us, we are frustrated too. All of our projects were delivered on time except this part. Once again we apologize for the inconvenience. All we can do is ask for your understanding. Thank you.

We have some good news. The freight for Europe left China on December 3rd. We expect the freight to reach its destination in 8 weeks and after that the fulfillment for Europe will start. Once again, we apologize for this delay and we appreciate your patience. Thank you all!

Hello everyone,
We are happy to announce that the fulfillment for the USA, Canada, Asia & Australia is completed.
However, our fulfillment partner for Europe is late on schedule. We are very sorry because of this and we kindly ask you for your patience. The games are produced and are waiting for a freight to Europe which should start in the next few days. Unfortunately, we still don't have the confirmation on the final date, but we hope that you will get your games by the end of the year.
Once again, we apologize for this inconvenience and we thank your for your understanding. This is the first time that we are running late with delivery, so in the future we will choose a different fulfillment partner for Europe.
